Workshop Faciliator Position

We are currently searching for financial and couples expert facilitators (Bilingual: Spanish and English speaking PREFERRED). Our workshops are 6 weeks long where couples meet with a financial and a couples expert for 2.5 hours once a week. These workshops are held on weekday evenings (6-8:30 pm) or Saturday mornings (10 am - 12:30 pm). During the pandemic, we are holding workshops online via Zoom. Post-pandemic, we will hold workshops in Prince George’s and Montgomery County, MD. Facilitators are trained in our curriculum (created by the Director of the University of Maryland Couples and Family Therapy Program, Dr. Mariana Falconier, and the previous President of AFCPE, Dr. Jinhee Kim). A stipend and CEUS can be provided for this training. Finally, additional opportunities for professional training and development for those who currently work on building the financial well-being of families and addressing inequality in the community may be available. Marketing and Recruitment Assistant

Bilingual Marketing and Recruitment Assistant
Hourly, Part-Time (up to 20 hours per week) Position

As a TOGETHER Marketing and Recruitment Assistant, you will be working closely with the Marketing and Recruitment Coordinator. You will be responsible for: (a) attending community events for advertising of the program and recruitment of potential participants; (b) posting flyers in local areas such as schools, community centers, restaurants, etc; (c) contributing to postings on all forms on social media; (d) connecting with current and potential partnerships via social media; (e) searching for community events and advertising possibilities to increase visibility and presence of the program in the community; (f) attending marketing and recruitment meetings; (g) contributing in the development of strategies to achieve marketing and recruitment goals; and (h) translating marketing materials from English to Spanish.
